Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR REGENCY POND 4TM <br />ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, TSM Development, 'Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for final plat approval of Regency Pond 4th Addition on the following described <br />property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot A, Regency Pond, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 12, 2004 the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />sketch plan for Regency Pond 4th Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on July 14, 2004, the City of Ramsey received an application for the <br />preliminary plat for Regency Pond 4th Addition from TSM Development, Inc.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 5, 2004, the Planning CommissiOn held a public heating and <br />reviewed the preliminary plat and recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to <br />certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 9, 2004 the City Council approved the preliminary plat <br />subject to certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 12, 2004, the City of Ramsey received an application for the <br />final plat fbr Regency Pond 4th Addition from TSM Development, Inc.; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Regency Pond 4th <br />Addition subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated November 19, 2004. <br /> b) The Applicant entering into a, Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion [br the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the l'bllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br /> <br />
