WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat and required application on <br />November 3, 2004. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Rowe Addition in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon Developer entering into a <br /> development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the tbllowing abstained: <br />and the t'ollowing were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the __ day of November, 2004. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-11- <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
