<br />Councilmember Shryock introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #17-10-248 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING NEW DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS <br />RELATED TO AN ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 7 AND 8 <br />WINDSORWOOD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />Raymond Silhanek and Leslie Reed-Silhanek, hereafter referred to as <br />“Developer”, properly applied for an Administrative Subdivision of the following described <br />property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Lot 7, Block 1 Windsorwood, Anoka County, Minnesota AND <br /> Lot 8, Block 1 Windsorwood, Anoka County, Minnesota (the ‘Subject Properties’); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey received an application for an Administrative <br />Subdivision from the Developer on September 15, 2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, new drainage and utility easements are proposed along the new common lot <br />line between the Subject Properties and along the southern lot line of Lot 8, Block 1 Windsorwood. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby accepts the proposed drainage and utility <br />easements as shown on the plans prepared by Oliver Surveying & Engineering, Inc., <br />dated June 20, 2017, revised September 21, 2017. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
