Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-10-257 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT APPROVAL OF <br />DAVIS ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Davis Farms, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final Plat <br />approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Rowe Addition together with the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, except that part platted as Rowe Addition, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota <br />- and- <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, <br />Range 25 lying southwesterly of center line of CSAH No. 63, except that part platted as <br />Falconers Ridge, except road subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />- and- <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, <br />Range 25 lying northerly of center line of Trott Brook, subject to easement of record, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Davis Addition in accordance with <br />relevant City Codes. Approval of said plat does not approve any structures on the property. <br />2. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approved the Development Agreement for Davis Addition and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign on behalf of the City. <br />3. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the vacation of certain drainage and utility easements as <br />described on Exhibit A, contingent upon successful recording of Davis Addition. Said easement <br />vacation shall become null and void if the plat Davis Addition is not properly recorded. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
