CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 10/10/2017 <br />Submitted For: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />By: Eric Maass, Community Development <br />Information <br />7. 5. <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #17-10-259 Approving Development Agreement for Greenway Terrace (Project #16-84); Case of <br />AEON, LLC <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to approve a Development Agreement for a private development project known as <br />Greenway Terrace that was approved earlier this year by the City Council. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Staff is currently working through a few minor clarifications with the Developer regarding the engineers estimate <br />and stormwater fee. However existing estimates have been included in the draft development agreement based <br />upon information currently available.
