CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 10/10/2017 <br />Submitted For: Alec Henderson, Community Development <br />By: Alec Henderson, Community Development <br />4. 7. <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #17-10-246 Accepting Pedestrian and Bicycle Trail Easement on a portion of Lot 5, Block 2, <br />Estates of Silver Oaks 2nd Addition (Project #17-119); Case of Royal Oaks Realty, Inc. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this file is to review the Trail Easement, prepared by E.G. Rud & Sons, Inc. for Estates of Silver <br />Oaks 2nd Addition. The subdivision would create eight (8) new single family residential lots and it is located on <br />Lithium Street NW, PID #14-32-25-12-0011 and Outlot A Estates of Silver Oaks (together, the "Subject Property"). <br />The City Council Approved the Final Plat and Development Agreement and Adopted Ordinance # 17-09 on <br />September 12, 2017. The resolution was approved contingent on the Developer granting a Pedestrian and Bicycle <br />Trail Easement on the west part of Lot 5, Block 2 adjacent to Trunk Highway 47. <br />The Developer has provided a trail easement in accordance with the direction from City Council. The proposed trail <br />easement has a width of fifteen (15) feet and spans the length of the western lot line of Lot 5, Block 2 of Estates of <br />Silver Oaks 2nd Addition. <br />Notification: <br />Notification is not required. <br />Funding Source: <br />All costs associated with processing the Application are the responsibility of the Applicant.
