CC Regular Session 4. 8. <br />Meeting Date: 10/10/2017 <br />By: Chris Anderson, Community <br />Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #17-10-248 Accepting New Drainage and Utility Easements Associated with an Administrative <br />Subdivision for Lots 7 & 8, Block 1 Windsorwood (Project No. 17-147); Case of Raymond Silhanek and Leslie <br />Reed-Silhanek <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The City received an application for an Administrative Subdivision to realign the common boundary between Lots 7 <br />and 8, Block 1 Windsorwood (addressed as 8901 178th Ave and 17731 Vicuna St, respectively). New drainage and <br />utility easements are proposed along the realigned common boundary line as well as along the southern boundary of <br />Lot 8, Block 1 Windsorwood, in accordance with City Code. City Council must formally accept these easements by <br />way of adopting the attached Resolution.
