Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-10-251 <br />RESOLUTION VACATING PEDESTRIAN TRAIL EASEMENT ON LOT 6, BLOCK 3, <br />WILDLIFE SANCTUARY THIRD ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the property owners of Lot 6, Block 3, Wildlife Sanctuary Third Addition <br />request the existing pedestrian trail easement on their property be vacated; and <br />WHEREAS, platted drainage and utility easements underlie the pedestrian trail <br />easement; and <br />WHEREAS, the pedestrian trail easement provides no benefit to the general public; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owners will be responsible for all costs associated with <br />vacating the easement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants vacation of the pedestrian trail easement on <br />Lot 6., Block 3, Wildlife Sanctuary Third Addition as recorded by Anoka County <br />Document No. 2066476.006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 10th day of October, 2017. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #17-10-251 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
