SECTION 01 41 00 <br />REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS <br />PART 1— GENERAL <br />1.01 SUMMARY <br />This Section lists those permits referred to in the General Conditions, Section 7.08 that are applicable to this <br />project. <br />A. Permits obtained by Owner. <br />The Owner has applied for the following permits from appropriate authorities. It is anticipated that the <br />permits will be approved prior to execution of contract. Contractor shall perform all work and conduct itself in <br />full accordance with the requirements of the permits. <br />1. None <br />B. Permits obtained by Contractor. <br />1. City of Ramsey Building Permit. <br />2. City of Ramsey Contractor's License. <br />Contractor shall be responsible for posting any bonds that may be required as a condition to any Owner or <br />Contractor obtained permit.
