E. The person performing the inspection in paragraph (D) above, shall be required to make a daily log. This log <br />shall also include the date and time any changes in the stages, phases, or portions thereof go into effect. The <br />log shall identify the location and verify that the devices are placed as directed or corrected in accordance <br />with the Plan. All entries in the log shall include the date and time of the entry and be signed by the person <br />making the inspection. The Engineer reserves the right to request copies of the logs as he deems necessary. <br />The Contractor shall be required to provide copies of the inspection logs, within the time frame agreed upon, <br />when requested by the Engineer. If the Contractor is negligent in providing the inspection logs within the <br />time frame agreed upon, the Contractor shall be subject to an hourly charge assessed at a rate of $250.00 <br />per hour for each hour or any portion thereof with which the Engineer determines that the Contractor has <br />not complied. <br />F. Measurement and Payment: <br />All traffic control required under this Contract shall be paid per the Traffic Control quote items provided on <br />the Quote Form. <br />1.02 MAINTENANCE AND STAGING OF TRAFFIC CONTROL <br />A. The Contractor shall maintain, at all times, traffic movement and local access.
