The work was conducted in association the proposed purchase of the Site. For a complete discussion of our assessment, please refer to the attached Phase II ESA report. The objective of the Phase II ESA was to evaluate whether the soil, soil vapor and/or groundwater beneath the Site has been impacted due to the recognized environmental conditions identified in a Phase I ESA conducted at the Site by Braun Intertec (Project B1610732) and documented in a report dated January 10, 2017. This Phase II ESA was prepared on behalf of and for use by the City of Ramsey. No other party has a right to rely on the contents of this Phase II ESA without the written authorization of Braun Intertec.
