For lots located within the 2020 MUSA where adjacent structures existing as of July 1, <br />2002, have a different setback fi'om that required herein, the front yard setback shall <br />cent"erin to the prevailing setback of adjacent structures. If adjacent structures have <br />different setbacks from one another, the minimum front yard shall be the ave?age of the <br />two (2) adjacent structures. <br /> <br /> Subd. 5.
