Noxious weeds do not <br /> constitute allowed ground cover in any district. <br /> <br />Lighting. <br /> <br /> Lighting used to illuminate an off-street parking area, sign or <br /> structure, shall be arranged to deflect light away from adjacent <br /> residential districts or public streets.
