2. Fencing material sliall consist only of wood or chain link or <br /> other material as approved by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br /> 3. Fencing must be located 100% on the fence owner's lot. <br />Garbage Receptacle Storage. <br /> Outdoor garbage receptacles serving multi-family units must be in <br /> either the rear or side yard and must be screened from public view <br /> and adjacent lots, <br /> <br />Lot Landscaping. <br /> <br /> Number of Plantings. Minimum Size of Plantings. Final slope grades shall not exceed 3.5:1 unless terracing <br /> of retaining walls are approved. Berming for parking lots and open <br /> space areas shall not exceed a slope of 3:1. <br /> Required Ground Cover. Lawns are requ/red for all residential <br /> developments and shall be installed with sod, seed, natural ~ound <br /> covet', or native grasses and w/Id flowers in the R- 1 Residential <br /> District within one (1) year of the date the certificate of occupancy <br /> fbr the principal building was issued. Noxious weeds do not <br /> constitute allowed ground cover in any district. <br /> <br />Lighting. <br /> <br /> Lighting used to illuminate an off-street parking area, sign or <br /> structure, shall be arranged to deflect light away from adjacent <br /> residential districts or public streets. Bulbs emitting in excess of <br /> 3000 lumens (150 watts) shall be directed so that the bulb is not <br /> visible fi'om off the property where the light source is located. <br /> <br />Exterior Buildiug Materials. <br /> <br /> <br />
