Norm'an <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Assistant Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Public Works Director Dean Kapler <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Human Resources Manager Giovanni Reed <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gmnec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Kurak to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Terry Hendriksen, 15631 Ramsey Boulevard, stated the bad thing about election time is that a lot <br />of signs pop up'in yards, but sometimes the good thing is that things leak out..' He stated about 20 <br />years ago he was sitting on the Planning Cormrtission and had the shock of turning around and <br />seeing tim transportation map that literally contained a freeway going through Iris house; That <br />was the kind of shock he received over the last week. He went to City, Hall to find out how much <br />of it was true and was shown a feasibility study for running sewer and water in the City of <br />Rmnsey. The map he was presented with shows six or eight properties that are listed as <br />petitioning properties.
