He stated he has a <br />concern about the three-fbot setback, as there will be problems with maintaining the area on the <br />other side of the fence. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated horses reach under the fence and eat the ~ass. He thinks the setback is <br />good so a person can get on both sides to maintain the fence without trespassing. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Stron-unen, to introduce an <br />ordinance to amend the R-1 Residential District regulations. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Pearson, Stro~rumen, Kurak, and <br />Zimmennan. Voting No: Councilmember Cook.
