Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-08-233 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO VILLAGE OF SUNFISH <br />LAKE 2"d ADDITION SUBDIVISION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LTR Land Development, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", <br />properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the <br />City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlots A, C, E, F, H, J, L, M; The Village of Sunfish Lake, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />- or upon recording - <br /> <br />Lots 1-8, Block 1, Lots 1-14, Block 2, Lots 1-21, Block 3, Lots 1-11, Block 4, Lots 1-9 <br />Block 5, Lots 1-2, Block 6, Lots 1-4, Block 7, and Lots 1-5, Block 8, Village of Sunfish <br />Lake 2"d Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 6, 2003, the City of Ramsey received an application and <br />sketch plan for Village of Sunfish Lake from LTR Land Development, LLC; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on January 2, 2003 and <br />recommended proceeding to the preliminary plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the sketch plan at a City Council work session <br />on January 21,2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 6, 2003, the City received an application and preliminary plat <br />for Village of Sunfish Lake from LTR Land Development, LLC and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 6, 2003, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat for Village of Sunfish Lake and recommended <br />City Council approval of same contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter <br />dated November 1,2002 and certain other conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 25, 2003, the Ramsey City Council reviewed and approved the <br />proposed preliminary plat Lake contingent on compliance with City staff review letter dated <br />January 31, 2003, revised February 21, 2003, rezoning the land to the PUD, 146th Avenue be <br />connected, the southern trail being eliminated, staff working with the developer on identifying <br />possible trees to be relocated, drainage issues being addressed, a sidewalk along 145th Lane being <br />constructed in lieu of the backyard trail on the southern portion of the property, and trees being <br />protected from oak wilt, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 24, 2003, the Developer submitted final plat and construction <br />plans for the Village of Sunfish Lake; and <br /> <br /> <br />
