2) That said Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied <br /> with. <br /> <br />3) That the structure exterior shall maintain the appearance of a single family dwelling. <br /> <br />4) That the structure shall not be further altered to render is marketable as a duplex or the <br /> accessory apartment as a condominium. <br /> <br />5) That the accessory apartment shall be restricted to a two (2) bedroom unit and is approved for <br /> occupancy by a maximum of four (4) persons. <br /> <br />6) That all occupants of the dwelling and accessory apartment shall be provided with off-street <br /> parking. <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />That the Permitees herein agree to absolve the City from any and all obligation associated <br />with the issuance of this conditional use permit as a result of the intensified use of the <br />property. <br /> <br />8) That the Permitees herein agree to accept all responsibility for maintaining the accessory <br /> apartment in accordance with applicable building and fire codes. <br /> <br />9) That the Permitees herein agree to apply for and maintain an active Rental License from the <br /> City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />10) That the Permit Holder and/or property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred <br /> in administering and enforcing this Permit. <br /> <br />ll) <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. In the <br />event the Permittees are determined to be in violation of any of the conditions set forth <br />herein, the City shall give the Permittees written notice of the violation. The Permittees shall <br />be given 30 days to correct the violation and submit a written response to the notice. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution as duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councihnember Cook <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councihnember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br /> Resolution #04-10-326 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
