That the Permit Holder agrees to comply with section 9.11.10 of City Code relating to <br />outside storage of vehicles and equipment. <br /> <br />Removal of waste from the home business shall be disposed of in accordance with all <br />Federal, State, and Local regulations. <br /> <br />Should the Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of <br />the Permit l-loider. <br /> <br />Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder in accordance with <br />section 9.11.08 of City Code. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcement of this Permit. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Strommen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councihnember Cook <br />Councihnember Kurak <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and thc following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-08-229 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
