22. That the Applicant has stated that proposed accessory structure would be utilized for storage <br /> of personal property. <br /> <br />23. That in accordance with City Code, the proposed addition would be constructed of materials <br /> similar to that of the home. <br /> <br />24. That the proposed addition would not exceed the maximum height restriction of sixteen (16) <br /> feet measured at the mean gable roof height. <br /> <br />25. That the variance requested is the minimum which would alleviate the hardship in regard to <br /> placing an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure. <br /> <br />26. That if granted, the variance will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent <br /> property. <br /> <br />27. That if granted, the variance will not have the effect of allowing a use that is prohibited in the <br /> applicable zoning district. <br /> <br />28. That if granted, the variance will not impair established property values within the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> <br />29. That if granted, the variance will not unreasonably increase the congestion in the public <br /> street. <br /> <br />30. That if granted, the variance will not increase the danger of fire or endanger the public safety. <br /> <br />31. That if granted, the variance will not violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />32. That, if granted, the variance will not grant the Applicant any special privileges that are <br /> denied to other owners of land in the same district. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Van Scoy, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt <br />Board Member Johnson <br />Board Member Van Scoy <br />Board Member Brauer <br />Board Member Jeffrey <br />Board Member Shepherd <br />Board Member Watson <br /> <br />and thc following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-09-237 <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
