Councihnember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #04-06-157 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR A PATROL OFFICER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ryan Law was hired as a Patrol Office effective May 20, 2003; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Law has successfully completed a one year probationary period as a <br />Patrol Officer; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its June 22, 2004 meeting agreed with staff's <br />recommendation to end the probationary period for Ryan Law effective May 20, 2004. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br /> Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Ryan Law, effective May 20, <br /> 2004. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councihnember Cook <br /> Cotmcilmember Kurak <br /> Councihnember Elvig <br /> Councihnember Pearson <br /> Councihnember Strommen <br /> Co uncihnember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
