Councihnember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-06-158 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE REGISTRATION OF ACCOUNTING CLERK AND <br />AUTHORIZING STAFF TO BEGIN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR AN <br />ACCOUNTING CLERK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jennie Loeffler was hired as a full-time, regular Accounting Clerk and <br />began work on August 9, 2002; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Loeffler has submitted a letter resigning from her position effective <br />July 9, 2004. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That tile City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to accept Jennie Loeffler's resignation from the position of <br />Accounting Clerk; <br /> <br />2) That the effective date of Ms. Loeffler's resignation will be July 9, 2004; <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That staff is authorized to begin the recruitment process to hire an Accounting Clerk to <br />replace Ms. Loeffier. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councihnember Kurak <br />Councihnember Elvig <br />Counci hnember Pearson <br />Councihnember Strommen <br />Councihnember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />Nono <br /> <br /> <br />
