Councilmember Pearson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUITON #04-07-186 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THAT PART OF LOTS 2 AND 2A, <br />BLOCK 1, WEST RADIUM BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA, LYING NORTHERLY OF THE SOUTHERLY 167.00 FEET <br />THEREOF <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF <br />Agreement") with Huntington Family Properties, LLC, on June 22, 2004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Development Agreement states that the City will convey THAT PART <br />OF LOTS 2, AND 2A, BLOCK 1 WEST RADIUM BUSINESS CENTER FIRST <br />ADDITION, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, LYING NORTHERLY OF THE <br />SOUTHERLY 167.00 FEET THEREOF <br /> <br />WItEREAS, the final draft of the TIF Agreement is dated as of June 23, 2004. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1 ) That the Ramsey City Council authorizes: <br /> <br />THAT PART OF LOTS 2, AND 2A, BLOCK 1 WEST RADIUM BUSINESS <br />CENTER FIRST ADDITION, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, LYING <br />NORTHERLY OF THE SOUTHERLY 167.00 FEET THEREOF <br /> <br />may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the June 23, 2004 Contract for <br />Private Development between City and Huntington Family Properties, LLC, and that the <br />City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary documents <br />to convey said title. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Cotmcilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councihnember Cook <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
