REC'D NO!/O .1 2004 <br /> <br /> 196O227 <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-05-108 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO ESTABLISH AN IN HOME MESSAGE THERAPY BUSINESS ON THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7136 159TM LANE NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT <br />#0646 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #03-05-107 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0646 for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On May 13, 2003 a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Florence Kahlstorf ("Permit Holder") for a home occupation to establish a one person <br />massage therapy business in the dwelling on the property generally known as 7136 159th Lane <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Northwest comer of said Southwest Quarter; thence south along the <br />west line thereof a distance of 1000.35 feet; thence east parallel with the north line of said <br />Southwest Quarter a distance of 246.95 feet to the point of begitming of the tract of land <br />to be described; thence continue east parallel with said Southwest Quarter a distance of <br />3 ! 7.64 feet to the south line of the north half of said Southwest Quarter (as measured on <br />the east and west lines thereof); thence west along said south line a distance of 125.0 feet; <br />thence north parallel to said east line. <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of a massage therapy <br />business on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br /> <br /> <br />
