Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-07-176 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO THE <br />MINIMUM LOT SIZE IN THE R-1 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEP, EAS, Robert Longfield and Kim Longfield hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicants", has properly applied for a Board of Adjustment variance to the minimum lot size in <br />the R-1 Residential District for the property generally located at 5751 1774 Ave. and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 1 Echo Ridge,"Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "S ubj ect Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council met on July 23, 2002 and adopted findings of fact relating to the <br />request for a variance to the minimum lot size in the R-1 Residential District. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />; Based on Findings of Fact #0624, a variance to the minimum lot size in the R-1 <br /> Residential District is hereby granted for the development of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />2. The variance allows for a lot of 2.08 acres to be created. <br /> <br />The lot for which the variance has been granted to shall follow the subdivision process <br />outlined in City Ordinances. <br /> <br />City Staff shall review the plans for the moving of the septic system to ensure compliance <br />with state and local codes. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br /> <br /> <br />
