Councilmember Riley asked if the City received any bids or quotes. <br /> City Engineer Westby stated that the City previously received two bids which expired because <br /> the City did not act. He stated that the City resubmitted for bids and did not receive any bids. <br /> He noted that staff could ask the bidders directly for quotes. <br /> Councilmember Shryock asked if this would be a reasonable timeline. <br /> City Engineer Westby stated that the work would include common excavation and aggregate <br /> surfacing with dormant seeding and blanketing, which would take about two weeks. He noted <br /> that because pavement is not being used, the temperature would not be a factor. <br /> Councilmember Kuzma stated that he is happy to see an amicable solution arising. <br /> City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br /> Councilmember Shryock stated that October is breast cancer awareness month and urged <br /> residents to check available resources and get mammograms. <br /> 9.
