Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-10-276 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONDITIONAL REZONING AGREEMENT FOR <br />NORTH FORK MEADOWS <br />WHEREAS, Paxmar, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for a <br />conditional rezoning agreement from R-1 Residential (MUSA) to Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot A, Alpha Development, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property' ); <br />WHEREAS, on October 12, 2017, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the conditional rezoning. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves a Conditional Rezoning Agreement with <br />Paxmar and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign on behalf of the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted <br />against the same: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />t1i 24day of October, 2017. <br />RESOLUTION #17-10-276 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
