Future Land Use Calculations <br />The following table represents a tabulation of land uses based on the future land <br />use plan. The tabulations assume a complete build out of the community, which <br />may or may not happen within the lifetime of this plan. Park and Open Space <br />includes the landfill, privately owned golf courses and the Boy Scouts of <br />America camp grounds in addition to public park lands. Although this plan <br />shows the eventual depletion of agriculture lands in Ramsey in terms of a land <br />use category, it is anticipated that agriculture activities that occur today may still <br />occur in the Rural Developing areas.
