CASE <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN REVIEW OF MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />PROPOSED TO BE NAMED JENSON ADDITION; CASE OF BRADLEY JENSON <br />By: zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik and Merland Otto <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Bradley Jenson and Mr. Wallace Jenson are requesting sketch <br />plan review for a minor subdivision (Jenson Addition) which <br />consists of resubdivision of Lot 5, Block 4 and Lots 2 and 3, Block <br />5 in Riverside West. The subject property is zoned R-1 Urban <br />Residential and also lies within the Critical River Corridor. The <br />request to resubdivide the lots results from the availability of <br />sewer and water in Riverside West. <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision has been forwarded to DNR, EQB and Metro <br />Council for review and comment.
