Background: <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br /> ALPINE PARK PLANNING <br />Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br /> <br />Case #4 <br /> <br />As you're aware, City Council's Finance Committee has recommended $40,000 in Landfill Trust <br />Fund interest earnings be applied towards Alpine Park's development in 1997. In addition, earlier <br />this week Council will have discussed the issue of a land sale north of 153rd Avenue to fund the <br />first phase of construction. <br /> <br />Observation: <br /> <br />The purpose of this case is to examine the revised concept plan for the park and perhaps discuss <br />City Council's action. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is the City Council case pertaining to Alpine Park that Council will <br />have reviewed on October 8, 1996.
