CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MR. ROBERT WOJCIK On July 26, 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Robert Wojcik for operating a vehicle sales lot on the property generally known as 7205 Hwy. #10 N.W., which proper~y is legally des:ar/bed as follows: That part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision No. 34, being a part of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka Count3', Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast comer of said Lot 7, thence Ncnb 0 degrees, 3 minutes, 28 seconds East along the East line of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision No. 34,367.87 feet to the point of beginning from a line hereinafter referred to as Line "A"; thence Southwesterly to a point on the Southwesterly line of Lot 7, 111.9 feet Northwesterly as measured along the Southwesterly tine of said Lot 7 from the point of beginning and to the termination of Line "A": thence Northwesterly on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7, 658.1 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly on saidNortheasterly line a distance of 350 feet: thence South and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Southwesterly line a distance of 180 feet to the point of beginning of land to be herein described; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 7; thence $omheasterly on said Northeasterly tine 107.14 feet; thence South and parallel with the East line of said Lot '7 a distance of 177.43 feet; thence East and parallel with the South line of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, to the point of intersection with the afore&scribed Line 'A"; thence Southwesterly along the aforedescribed Line "A" to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence Northwestert3 on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7 to the point of beginning. -and- That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, also b~ing part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision No. 34 described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly fight-of-way line of U.S. H_ighway l0 and 169 and the East line of said Section, also l:w~ing the Southeast comer of said Lot 7; thence northerly along the said East line of said Section 367.87 feet; thence Southwesterly to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line 11.9 feet Northwesterly as measured along said right-of-way line from the point of beginning; thence Southeasterly along said right-of-way line to the point of beginning. Except the East 3.3 feet taken for County l-Iighway 56 and that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, also being part of Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision No. 34, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly fight-of-way line of U.S. H_ighway l0 and 169 and the East line of said Section also being the Southeast comer of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly along said highway fight-of-way line a distance of 36.30 feet; thence North and parallel with the East tine of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25 a distance of 203.46 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence West and parallel with the South line of said Section a distance of 85 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Section to the Northerly line of said Lot 7 which said Northerly line is also the Southerly railroad right-of-way line; thence East along said railroad fief-of-way to a point on a line drawn varallel with and 33 feet West of the East line of said Section 28; thence South along said parallel v,4th to the point of ~ginning.
