CASE #2: <br /> <br />REVIEW ALTERNATIVES FOR STREET LAYOUT IN THE PROPOSED PLAT <br />OF RIVER BLUFFS P.U.D.; <br /> CASE OF LES AND JACK MILLER, JUNIPER RIDGE PARTNERSHIP <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you may recall, the issue of street layout design has been a recent issue of discussion in the <br />proposed plat of River Bluffs P.U.D. City Engineer Jankowski has been working with the <br />developers on this matter and they have come up with a couple of options. A presentation of those <br />options will be presented to the Commission at the meeting. <br /> <br />Just for your information purposes, I am enclosing a site location map and a copy of the <br />preliminary plat that was previously approved for River Bluffs. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission should review the pros and cons of the optional street <br />layouts presented and make a recommendation as to which option is preferred. That option will be <br />subjected to a public hearing for a revised preliminary plat of River Bluffs at the regular meeting of <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission in August. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Recommend that Option # <br />approval of River Bluffs P.U.D. <br /> <br />proceed to a punic hearing for revised preliminary plat <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />P&Z: 7/16/91 <br /> <br />City Engineer <br />Zoning Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
