Observations: <br /> <br />On February 7, 1990, the City receive an application for the Wood Pond Hills subdivision. <br /> <br />On March 6, 1990, the Planning and Zoning Commission review the sketch plan for Wood Pond <br />Hills. At that time, the recommendation was for the developer to proceed to preliminary plat stage. <br /> <br />On March 15, 1990, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the plat for park dedication <br />requirements. At that time, the recommendation was for a combination of trail land and cash. <br /> <br />On September 17,1991, the developer submitted a preliminary plat for approval. <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff requests input from the Commission on Items 1,2 and 3 under "Background". In <br />addition, the trail alignment could impact the configuration of the plat. Based on that, City Staff is <br />recommending tabling preliminary plat approval until these outstanding issues are resolved. <br /> <br /> Commission Action: <br /> <br /> Will be based on your discussion. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />P&Z: 11/5/91 <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Engheer <br />Zoning Administrator <br />Park and Recreation Commission <br />DNR <br />Anoka County Highway Dept. <br /> <br /> <br />
