CASE # ~' <br /> <br />RE~QUl~ST FOR SKETCH PLAN REVIEW OF RAMSEY <br /> MEADOWS; <br /> CASE OF GILBERT MENKVELD <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On Febru~ lg, 1992, the City of Ramsey received a subdivision application from Gilbert <br />Menkveld for Ramsey Meadows. The plat consisted of 29.5 acres proposed to be subdivided hqto <br />33 single f~ly[urban residential lots. ' <br /> <br />On March 21 19~2, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the sketch plan for Ramsey <br />Meadows. ~t tl~t time, the Commission recommended revising the sketch plan to more accurately <br />reflect the thamlJ;er of lots that could be platted in accordance with the 10,800 square foot of area <br />required above ~e Ordinary High Water mark. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On March !2, 19.92, the City received a revised sketch plan for Ramsey Meadows. As a result of <br />the revisions, th~ plat has been reduced from 33 lots to 31. <br /> <br />In addition :to th~ revised sketch plan received on March 12, 1992, I am enclosing a copy of the <br />sketch planl revigwed on March 2nd for your comparison and information purposes.
