Please place on the <br />Council agenda. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City <br />Council grant final plat approval to the first phase of <br />River Bluffs. Please place on the Council agenda. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City <br />Council approve the site plan for the Skelgas expansion <br />contingent upon the applicant complying with City Staff <br />review letter dated July 28, 1992. The P&Z voted to <br />waive the paving requirement because it is entirely <br />within a fenced area for private use - not for public <br />(either a vendor or public in general). Approval for an <br />all metal building was granted because of the National <br />Fire Protection Association, however, the metal is not to <br />look like metal. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to have the City Council <br />schedule a public hearing to discuss the City's <br />transportation plan of routing Highway #47 down <br />Ramsey Boulevard N.W. and that all affected property <br />owners be notified of such hearing.
