REQUEST <br /> <br />FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW; CASE OF DANNER'S <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br /> CASE # ~ <br />CABINET SHOP <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Ron Danncr of Danner's Cabinet Shop is proposing to construct an accessory structure to his <br />cabinet making facility at 16735 Quicksilver Street N.W. The structure is proposed for storage <br />purposes, will be 1,260 square feet in size, and the exterior finish will be stucco. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Certificate of Survey <br />Architectural Plan <br />City Staff Review Letter dated October 6, 1992 <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The property is Zoned B-1 Business for which manufacturing is not a permitted use. Mr. Danner <br />has also applied for a conditional use permit to expand this use in the B-1 District. <br /> <br />With the addition of the storage building, the facility remains to be in compliance with the 35% lot <br />coverage requirement. The proposed location of the structure on the lot meets all required <br />setbacks.
