They are also requesting a vacation of a small portion of 148th Lane <br />N.W. to provide for the correct alignment of 148th Lane N.W. in Ramsey Commons 2nd <br />Addition. The drainage and utility easements were acquired during the platting of Sunny Ponds <br />Addition. As with the alignment of 148th Lane N.W., these easements will be replaced by <br />easements dedicated in the final plat of Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition.
