This is to include design <br />features such of soffit and facia and cave overhang. <br /> <br />On parcels of land 100,001 sq. ft. in size and greater, all detached <br />accessory buildings shall have a design and exterior facing finish which <br />is compatible (similar in appearance and color) with that of the principal <br />structure as determined by the building official. Any accessory <br />buildings of this type that are constructed within 75 feet of any property <br />lines shall include design features such as soffit, facia, cave overhang. <br />Galvanized finishes shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />The initial accessory building constructed on a parcel that is serviced by <br />sanitary sewer and municipal water shall be attached to the principal <br />structure. <br /> <br />3 Do Not Duplicate <br /> <br /> <br />
