3. Address of building's destination. <br /> <br />A certificate of survey prepared by a registered land surveyor showing the <br />proposed location of the building on the lot to which it is being moved. <br /> <br />The City highways and streets over, along or across which the building is to <br />be moved. <br /> <br />6. The proposed moving date and hours. <br /> <br />7. Proof of a building-mover license/bond as issued by the State. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Any additional information which the City finds necessary to make a fair <br />determination of whether a permit should be issued. <br /> <br />Subd. 5 City Approval of Permit Required <br /> <br />After a completed application for a Building Moving Permit is received by the City, Staff <br />shall inspect such structure for building and zoning code compliance and submit a written <br />report and proposed Permit, if applicable, to the Planning and Zoning Commission for <br />review and recommendation within thirty (30) days of receipt of application. The <br />recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission shall then be forwarded to City <br />Council for a final decision. The criteria used by the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />and City Council in making their recommendation and decision shall include but not be <br />limited to the following: <br /> <br />The architecture of the building to be moved must be compatible in nature to <br />the buildings in the immediate area. Architectural elements considered shall <br />include but not be limited to siding, roofing, style and age. <br /> <br />The building to be moved, after being so moved, must have an asssessed <br />valuation representative of the median of the neighborhood in which it is to <br />be located, as determined by the City Assessor <br /> <br />Subd. 6 Deadline for Permit Application <br /> <br />An application for a building moving permit shall be made at least 21 days prior to the <br />regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at which consideration of the application <br />is scheduled to be taken, in order to allow the City ample time to make the necessary <br />inspections and to prepare the necessary reports. <br /> <br />Subd. 7 Performance Standards <br /> <br />The building to be moved must comply in all respects with the Building Code and other <br />applicable ordinances, unless the person proposing said building to be moved presents to <br />the City a complete and detailed plan showing changes which will be made in order to attain <br />compliance with said ordinances and codes. A Building Moving Permit authorizing the <br />moving of said building shall not be released t6 the fee tire owner until there is a signed <br />agreement to complete any necessary changes within a period of six months from the date <br />of the building permit approval and the City has been provided with the required f'mancial <br />guarantee to ensure that the moving project will be completed in accordance with the <br />requirements for a certificate of occupancy and the terms and time frames established within <br />the Building Moving Permit. <br /> <br />Whenever in judgement of the City, the project has not been completed in accordance with <br />Uniform Building Code requirements for issuance of a certificate of occupancy, a written <br />notice shall be issued to the fee title owner of the subject property identifying the necessary <br /> <br /> <br />
