CASE <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN REVIEW OF <br />NORTHFORK POINT 2ND ADDITION; CASE OF NORTH FORK, INC. <br />By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />North Fork, Inc. is requesting a minor subdivision to replat Lots 10, 11, 12, and 13 of Block 1, <br />Northfork POint Addition. During development of Lot 11, the well was erroneously placed on Lot <br />12. The purpose of this application for a minor subdivision is to shift all of the common property <br />lines so that tile well will be appropriately located on the lot it serves. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />All of the Iota:will maintain the size and area standards established for the Northfork P.U.D. in the <br />replat. There 0rill be no impact to drainage patterns as a result of the replat.
