Identify soils by type and location, including <br />identification of the water table, and suitability of <br />soil for the proposed development; and <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Identify any areas located in a flood hazard zone as <br />identified by the Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />iv. <br /> <br />Topographic Map. The topographic map shall be drawn <br />at a scale of one inch equals 100 feet and shall contain the <br />following information: <br /> <br />1. Two foot contour intervals; <br /> <br />Indicate water courses, rock outcroppings, and other <br />significant land features; and <br /> <br />3. Use U.S. Geological Service datum for mapping. <br /> <br />go <br /> <br />Floor Plans and Elevations. All floor plans and <br />elevations shall be drawn to a legible scale and include the <br />following information: <br /> <br />Floor plans indicating square footage and <br />dimensions of all proposed rooms and areas within <br />the structures; and <br /> <br />Elevations of the proposed building(s), identifying <br />exterior treatment, materials to be used, and paint <br />color. <br /> <br />vi. <br /> <br />Preliminary Plat. If a Subdivision is required, the <br />preliminary plat shall be prepared in accordance with the <br />Ramsey City Code, §9.50. <br /> <br />b. Preliminary Plat and Site Plan Review Process. <br /> <br />Pre-meeting with City Staff. Prior to making an official <br />application to the City, the applicant shall meet with City <br />Staff.
