Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Cornmunity DeVelopment Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Assistant Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Police Chief lames Way <br />city Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:03 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Kurak to lead in the pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION FOR RECOGNITION OF THE NATIONAL NIGHT OUT AWARD <br /> <br />Crime Prevention Specialist Kreyer announced :this is the sixth year the City of Ramsey has <br />participated in National Night Out~. The City has received an award for being 23rd in the nation in <br />their population category of 15,000 to almost 50,000. She thanked the Council for their support <br />with National Night Out, and thanked Councilmeraber Kurak for her extra efforts. She explained <br />Councilmember Kurak put together a fabulous video of the National Night Out events in the <br />City. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec thanked Crime Prevention SpecialiSt Kreyer and the staff involved with National <br />Night Out. : <br /> <br />City Council/November 9, 2004 <br /> page 3 ,of 31 <br /> <br /> <br />
