WHEREAS <br />, on July 25, 2017, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary plat and <br />introduced an ordinance to rezone the Subject Property to a Planned Unit Development (PUD); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br />, on September 15, 2017, the City of Ramsey received an application for final plat <br />for Pearson Place. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the final plat and development agreement <br />for Pearson Place in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> <br />a)Compliance with the Staff Review Letter dated October 20, 2017. <br /> <br />b)Adoption of Ordinance #17-10, which would rezone the property from R-1 Residential (MUSA) <br />to Planned Unit Development (PUD). <br /> <br />c)The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />d)The Development Agreement being reviewed and approved as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />e)The Developer obtaining a permit from the Lower Rum River Watershed Management <br />Organization. <br /> <br />f)Review and approval of the Engineer’s Estimate by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />g)Developer providing proof of ownership of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Johns, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #17-10-269 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
