WHEREAS , on July 25, 2017, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary plat and introduced an ordinance to rezone the Subject Property to a Planned Unit Development (PUD); and WHEREAS , on September 15, 2017, the City of Ramsey received an application for final plat for Pearson Place. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the final plat and development agreement for Pearson Place in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: a)Compliance with the Staff Review Letter dated October 20, 2017. b)Adoption of Ordinance #17-10, which would rezone the property from R-1 Residential (MUSA) to Planned Unit Development (PUD). c)The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. d)The Development Agreement being reviewed and approved as to legal form by the City Attorney. e)The Developer obtaining a permit from the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization. f)Review and approval of the Engineer’s Estimate by the City Engineer. g)Developer providing proof of ownership of the Subject Property. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Strommen Councilmember LeTourneau Councilmember Johns Councilmember Kuzma Councilmember Riley Councilmember Shryock and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Existing Vacancy RESOLUTION #17-10-269 Page 3 of 4
