All claims for defective merchandise or errors in shipping must be made within five days after receipt of goods. Returns require an authorization number and must be made within 30 days. <br />Custom orders and "Consumables", such as projector lamps, may not be returned. Returns are subject to restocking fees with the exception of out of box failures and <br />replacements under warranty.
