Mayor Strommen <br />Motion carried. <br />aye <br />7.03: Consider Introduction of Ordinance #17-19: 2018 Schedule of Rates, Fees and <br />Charges <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report and recommendation to introduce Ordinance <br />#17-19, 2018 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. <br />Motion by Councilmember Shryock, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to introduce Ordinance <br />#17-19, 2018 Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Shryock, Johns, Kuzma, and <br />LeTourneau. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Riley. <br />7.04: Consider Introducing Ordinance #17-20 Providing for a Special Closing Times <br />License of On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor during the 2018 National Football League <br />Super Bowl Game at U.S. Bank Stadium <br />City Clerk Thieling reviewed the staff report and recommendation to introduce Ordinance #17- <br />20 allowing additional hours of liquor sales during the Super Bowl 2018 weekend. <br />Councilmember Kuzma stated that he is not opposed to the extended hours for that weekend. <br />Councilmember Johns asked if input was received from the police depailuient. <br />City Clerk Thieling confirmed that she did speak with Police Chief Katers and he felt that $100 <br />would be appropriate for the fee and did not see that this would cause a lot of problems. <br />Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau, to introduce <br />Ordinance #17-20 providing for a special closing times license on on -sale intoxicating liquor <br />during the 2018 National Football League Super Bowl Game at U.S. Bank Stadium, specifying a <br />fee of $100. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Kuzma, LeTourneau, and <br />Johns. Voting No: Councilmember Shryock. Absent: Councilmember Riley. <br />7.05: Consider Landscape Plan Amendment and Accept Sidewalk Easements for Vistas at <br />North Commons (Project No. 16-90); Case of Morning Sun Homes, Inc. <br />City Planner Anderson reviewed the staff report and recommendation to approve the requested <br />amendment to the Landscape Plan and accepting the sidewalk easements.
