and the City's adopted Special Assessments Policy. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. The Council will consider the proposed improvements for said streets in accordance with <br />the Feasibility Report that was updated to account for construction in 2018 and the <br />assessment of benefiting properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429, the City Charter, and the City's adopted <br />Special Assessments Policy, at an estimated total cost of $301,738.31. <br />2.
