WHEREAS, on July 25, 2017, the Ramsey City Council approved the preliminary plat and <br />introduced an ordinance to rezone the Subject Property to a Planned Unit Development (PUD); and <br />WHEREAS, on September 15, 2017, the City of Ramsey received an application for final plat <br />for Pearson Place. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the final plat and development agreement <br />for Pearson Place in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with the Staff Review Letter dated October 20, 2017. <br />b) Adoption of Ordinance #17-10, which would rezone the property from R-1 Residential (MUSA) <br />to Planned Unit Development (PUD). <br />c) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />d) The Development Agreement being reviewed and approved as to legal form by the City Attorney. <br />e) The Developer obtaining a permit from the Lower Rum River Watershed Management <br />Organization. <br />f) Review and approval of the Engineer's Estimate by the City Engineer. <br />g) Developer providing proof of ownership of the Subject Property. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 24th <br />day of October, 2017 <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #17-10-269 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
