Mr. McDilda stated that he has drafted the letter to Remi Stone, does not have it with him, but <br />will email it to all Committee members for review prior to issuing the letter. <br /> <br />Case #2: Review Information Gained From April, May and June Guest Speakers <br /> <br />It was noted that the City has videos and handouts from each of the presentations that can be <br />available as a future resource. <br /> <br />The discussion sidetracked to one of tree diseases and control programs. <br /> <br />Motion by Committee Member Max and seconded by Committee Member Olds directing <br />Chairperson McDilda to draft some speaking points for National Night Out regarding the City's <br />Oak Wilt Program. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Committee Members Max, Olds, and Sitz. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Committee Members Bauer and Sitz. <br /> <br />Case #3: Discuss Summer Schedule <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated that she received an email from Committee Member Connolly, requesting that <br />consideration be given to selecting another night to meet, other than Mondays. Consensus was <br />that Monday nights works for most of the other Committee members. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding the fact that the 1 st Mondays of July and September are holidays. <br /> <br />Motion by Committee Member Max and seconded by Committee Member Sitz to establish that <br />the EPTF will meet once a month from July through September, on the third (3rd) Monday, at <br />6:30 p.m. at the City Hall Conference Room. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McDilda, Committee Members Max, Olds, and Sitz. <br />Voting No: None.
