Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #17-07-176 RESOLUTION A TREE CLEARING AND PRELIMINARY GRADING AGREEMENT ON OUTLOT B, ALPHA DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, PSD, LLC. hereafter referred to as “Developer”, has requested tree clearing and preliminary grading approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of Outlot B, Alpha Development lying within North West ¼ of the of the North East ¼ of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25 -AND- That part of Outlot B, Alpha Development lying within North East ¼ of the of the North West ¼ of Section 29, Township 32, Range 25 (the ‘Subject Property’); WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has received the first in a series of applications to construct multiple industrial buildings on the Subject Property; and WHEREAS , the Developer has requested advance approval of certain site preparation activities in advance of full site plan approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1.That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants the request for tree clearing and preliminary grading, contingent upon the following. a.Approval by the Lower Rum River Watershed Organization b.Acknowledgement of the need for compliance with applicable City Code requirements including, but not limited to, stormwater management and tree preservation. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember LeTourneau, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Strommen Councilmember Kuzma Councilmember LeTourneau Councilmember Johns Councilmember Riley Councilmember Shryock Councilmember Williams
