CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 22, 2002, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station Number II, 15050 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Susan E. Anderson <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />City Engineer Brian Olson <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:11 p.m. and called <br />upon Councihnember Zimmennan to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that the original agenda was to include The Ponds development, but citizens <br />of the area requested that action be tabled to the next regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to table action <br />pertaining to The Ponds development until February 12, 2002. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Hendriksen, Anderson, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that Michael Woodward, 15521 Basalt Street NW, Ramsey was present in <br />the audience for Scouts to receive a merit badge. <br /> <br />City Council/January 22, 2002 <br /> Page 2 of 25 <br /> <br /> <br />
