A swale <br />should be added on the south side of the building to provide <br />drainage to the County Road No. 116 ditch. Also, a swale to <br />the north should be provided with a culvert under the proposed <br />driveway. <br /> <br />In review of the curbing, the standup curb shall be changed <br />to B-612 curb. <br /> <br />In review'of the driveways and dock area, they should be paved <br />as required' by City Code. The City may want to grant a <br />variance to the paving of the existing drive and parking area <br />in the southwest corner of the lot., This area is proposed for <br />future expansion of the building. <br /> <br />The developer has indicated that he is combining Outlot B with <br />Lot 1, Block 3.
